Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vegetable oil - 1 c
- vinegar - 1/3 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- chopped onion
- boiled egg, chopped - 1 item
- fried bacon, crumbled - 1/4 lb
- spinach or lettuce or both - 1 item
- fresh mushrooms or small can croutons - 1/2 c
How to make spinach salad:
Dressing:2 tsp. chopped onion1 c. vegetable oil2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce1/2 c. sugar1/3 c. vinegar Mix dressing and refrigerate overnight. Prepare greens. Top with remaining ingredients. Pour dressing over before serving.Recipe categories: American, Salads, North american.
