Spinach salad



  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • vegetable oil - 1 c
  • vinegar - 1/3 c
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
  • chopped onion
  • boiled egg, chopped - 1 item
  • fried bacon, crumbled - 1/4 lb
  • spinach or lettuce or both - 1 item
  • fresh mushrooms or small can croutons - 1/2 c

How to make spinach salad:

Dressing:2 tsp. chopped onion1 c. vegetable oil2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce1/2 c. sugar1/3 c. vinegar Mix dressing and refrigerate overnight. Prepare greens. Top with remaining ingredients. Pour dressing over before serving.
