Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- oil
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- catsup - 1/3 c
- medium onion - 1 item
- can bean sprouts - 1/2 item
- can water chestnuts - 1 item
- hard-boiled eggs - 2 item
- bacon, fried crisp - 1/4 lb
- bag spinach fresh - 1 item
How to make spinach salad:
Dressing:1 c. oil3/4 c. sugar1/3 c. catsup1/4 c. vinegar1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce1 medium onion1/4 tsp. salt Tear spinach into pieces; combine spinach with remaining ingredients, tossing lightly but thoroughly. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
