Spinach salad
Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/3 c
- ketchup - 1/3 c
- fresh bean sprouts - 2 c
- hard-boiled eggs, diced - 4 item
- can sliced water chestnuts, drained - 1 oz
- fresh torn spinach - 2 qt
- strips crisp bacon, crumbled - 6 item
- small onion or 3 green onions, sliced - 1 item
How to make spinach salad:
Dressing:1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 c. vegetable oil1/3 c. vinegar1/3 c. ketchup Combine spinach, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, eggs, bacon and onions. Put all dressing ingredients in jar and mix well.
