Spinach salad

Ingredients/Components

• bag fresh spinach - 1 (12
• slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled - 2 item
• hard-cooked eggs, sliced - 3 item
• vinegar - 1/4 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• dash of pepper - 1 item
• steak sauce - 1 Tbsp
• dry mustard - 1/2 tsp

How to make spinach salad:

Wash spinach, drain and tear in small pieces. Put in salad bowl, sprinkle with bacon and eggs; chill. Mix remaining ingredients and chill. Just before serving, pour over spinach mixture and toss.
