Spinach salad

Ingredients/Components

• sour cream - 1 c
• Parmesan cheese - 1 item
• mayonnaise - 1 c
• fresh mushrooms - 1/2 c
• hard-boiled eggs - 4 item
• fresh spinach - 1 pkg
• head lettuce - 1/2 item
• bunch green onions - 1 item
• crumbled fried bacon - 1 lb

How to make spinach salad:

Mix spinach and lettuce in 9 x 12-inch glass Pyrex bowl. Crumble bacon over spinach. Slice boiled eggs over bacon, then layer sliced onions and mushrooms. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise. Toss salad and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Wrap with Saran Wrap and refrigerate. Make sure spinach and lettuce are dry.
