Spinach salad

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 Tbsp
• sour cream - 4 Tbsp
• salt
• vegetable oil - 1 c
• dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
• red wine vinegar - 5 Tbsp
• chopped parsley - 2 tsp
• cloves garlic, crushed - 2 item
• black pepper - 1 item
• sliced red onion - 1 item
• sliced broccoli - 1 item
• Salad: washed fresh spinach
• fried, crumbled bacon - 1 item

How to make spinach salad:

Salad: washed fresh spinach fried, crumbled bacon sliced red onion sliced broccoli Mix dressing ingredients at least 6 hours before using. Shake well.

Combine spinach, onion and broccoli and toss with desired amount of dressing. Top with crumbled bacon.
