- cold water - 1 c
- hot water - 2 c
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- green onions - 2 Tbsp
- celery, chopped - 2/3 c
- small carton cottage cheese - 1 item
- large lemon jello - 1 item
- radishes, chopped - 1/2 c
- bunch spinach, chopped - 1 item
How to make spinach salad:
Dissolve jello in hot water. Add cold water. Add mayo and lemon juice. Let set until slightly firm, then add all the rest.Recipe categories: American, Salads, North american.
