Ingredients/Components
- cloves garlic, quartered - 6 item
- French or Thousand Island dressing - 3/4 c
- hard-boiled eggs - 3 item
- slices bacon, fried - 8 item
- spinach fresh, well washed - 1 pkg
How to make spinach salad:
Add garlic to dressing. Refrigerate. Chop hard-boiled eggs, crumble cooked bacon and sprinkle over spinach. Remove garlic from dressing and pour over spinach. Toss well. Serve at once. Also good with crabmeat added.Recipe categories: American, Salads, North american.
