Spinach quiche
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- evaporated milk - 12 oz
- ground red pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 item
- diced ham - 1/2 c
- frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained - 10 oz
- deep dish pie crust - 1 item
- cream cheese, soft - 8 oz
How to make spinach quiche:
Beat cheese until creamy. Beat in eggs, milk and pepper. Stir in spinach, ham and onion. Pour into pie crust; salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean. Makes 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Vegetarian.
