Spinach quiche



Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- heavy cream - 2 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chopped fresh spinach - 6 c
- grated Swiss cheese - 1 c
- 9-inch pie crusts - 2 item
How to make spinach quiche:
Saute spinach in butter until limp. Stir in flour and cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Combine eggs, cream, salt and pepper and mix well. Stir in cheese and spinach. Pour into pastry shells and bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Vegetarian.
