Spinach pinwheels
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- frozen chopped spinach - 2 pkg
- imitation bacon bits - 2 3
- Ranch Style dressing mix - 1 pkg
- medium flour tortillas - 1 doz
How to make spinach pinwheels:
Cook, drain and cool spinach. Mix together all ingredients, except tortillas. Spread on flour tortillas a thin layer of mixture. Roll up. Put on cookie sheet and cover well. Place in refrigerator overnight. Cut in 1/2-inch slices with sharp serrated knife. Arrange on plate.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Appetizers, Vegetables.
