Spinach pinwheels
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- chopped green onions - 1/4 c
- chopped water chestnuts - 1/4 c
- dry Ranch salad dressing mix - 1 pkg
- finely crumbled cooked bacon - 1/2 c
How to make spinach pinwheels:
Drain thawed spinach, squeezing out all moisture. In bowl, combine spinach, cheese, mayonnaise, bacon, dressing mix, onion and water chestnuts. Spread mixture on each tortilla and roll tightly. Cover and chill overnight.When ready to serve, slice each tortilla into 3/4-inch pieces.
