- butter, melted - 3/4 lb
- cottage cheese - 1/2 lb
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- Feta cheese - 1/2 lb
- spinach - 2 lb
- pastry sheets - 1 item
- eggs, beaten separately - 6 item
How to make spinach pie:
Clean and chop spinach and put in large mixing bowl. Add cheeses and seasonings. Add egg yolks and mix thoroughly. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into spinach mixture.
