Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 1 c
- pkg - 2 oz
- milk - 1 c
- sour cream - 1 c
- flour
- egg - 1 item
- stick butter - 1 item
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 c
- chicken bouillon
- envelope dry onion soup - 1 item
How to make spinach pie:
Combine spinach, cheese, onion soup, sour cream and egg. Melt butter; stir in flour, bouillon, milk and cream. Cook until golden brown.Note: You can also use about 2 cups chopped Swiss Chard.
