Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- orange juice - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- fresh spinach - 3 c
- head Boston lettuce - 1/2 item
- small oranges, peeled and sectioned - 2 item
How to make spinach-orange salad:
In large bowl, tear spinach and lettuce into bite-size pieces. Add oranges. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over salad and toss gently to coat. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour.Recipe categories: Salads, Main dish, One Dish meal.
