Spinach lasagne
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- small curd cottage cheese - 2 c
- spaghetti sauce mix - 1 1
- frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained - 1 (10
- sliced Mozzarella cheese - 12 oz
How to make spinach lasagne:
Simmer first 4 ingredients for 5 minutes. Combine eggs, cottage cheese, salt, spinach and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Sauce first, then noodles, then cheese and sauce mixture. Keep layering until baking dish is full. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
