Spinach lasagna
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- flour - 1/2 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- dash of salt - 1 item
- whipping cream - 1 c
- Parmesan cheese - 3/4 c
- cooked chicken - 2 c
- chicken broth - 3 c
- lasagna - 1 lb
How to make spinach lasagna:
Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Cook lasagna. Drain the lasagna and run cold water and drain. Preheat oven to 350°.Melt butter on low heat. Stir in flour; boil until smooth. Add chicken broth and cook on medium heat until boiling. Remove from heat and add the whipping cream and nutmeg. Cook spinach and drain. Add spinach and chopped chicken to sauce; mix together. Layer sauce, lasagna and cheese. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until heated through.
