Spinach lasagna



  • pkg - 1 1/2
  • water
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • can tomato sauce - 1 oz
  • can tomato paste - 1 oz
  • Ricotta or cottage cheese - 1 (16

How to make spinach lasagna:

Combine spaghetti sauce mix, tomato paste, tomato sauce and water in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and set aside. Combine eggs, Ricotta or cottage cheese, spinach and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Mix well and set aside. Cook noodles and drain. Layer noodles, sauce, spinach mixture and Mozzarella cheese. Top with remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
