Spinach lasagna
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- water - 1 c
- egg whites - 4 item
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- oregano - 1 tsp
- basil - 1 tsp
- spaghetti sauce - 5 c
- grated Mozzarella cheese - 3/4 c
- uncooked lasagna noodles - 8 oz
- low-fat Ricotta cheese - 1 pt
How to make spinach lasagna:
Mix Ricotta cheese, egg whites, spices, spinach and Parmesan cheese. Coat bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with thin layer of spaghetti sauce.Layer 1/2 dry noodles, 1/2 spinach mixture, 1/2 sauce. Then repeat layers. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Pour water around edges. Cover lightly. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
