  • sour cream - 1 c
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • oregano - 1 tsp
  • chopped green onion - 1/2 c
  • fresh parsley, chopped - 1/2 c
  • dill weed - 1/2 tsp
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained - 1 pkg

How to make spinach dip:

Mix and let marinate for 24 to 48 hours. Serve with vegetables or crackers.
