  • sour cream - 2 c
  • salad dressing - 2 c
  • Knorr vegetable soup mix - 2 pkg
  • chopped frozen spinach or 1 large bunch fresh cooked and drained - 1 pkg
  • sliced or chopped water chestnuts - 2 c
  • or 4 small fresh green onions, chopped - 3 item

How to make spinach dip:

Add the vegetable soup mix (dry) to the other ingredients and mix well and put in refrigerator. A great dip for vegetables as celery sticks, carrot sticks, cucumber slices, squash slices or just chips.
