- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- can water chestnuts - 1 oz
- container sour cream - 1 (16
- large bunch green onions, chopped - 1 item
- frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained in colander - 1 pkg
- mayonnaise I prefer part of it salad dressing - 2 c
- Variation:1 envelope Lipton vegetable recipe soup mix
How to make spinach dip:
Mix all ingredients and chill.Variation:1 envelope Lipton vegetable recipe soup mix1 (16 oz.) container sour cream1/2 c. mayonnaise1/2 tsp. lemon juice1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts Thaw spinach and squeeze dry. Drain and chop chestnuts. Add soup mix, sour cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Mix well and chill. Can be served with chips or crackers.
