Spinach dip



  • sour cream - 1 c
  • can sliced water chestnuts - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • chopped scallions - 1 item
  • small curd cottage cheese - 1/2 c
  • frozen, chopped spinach - 1 pkg
  • Knorr vegetable soup mix - 1 pkg

How to make spinach dip:

Thaw and drain spinach. Drain water chestnuts. Mix together all ingredients and put in refrigerator until served.

Serve with crackers or vegetables.
