Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- can sliced water chestnuts - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- chopped scallions - 1 item
- small curd cottage cheese - 1/2 c
- frozen, chopped spinach - 1 pkg
- Knorr vegetable soup mix - 1 pkg
How to make spinach dip:
Thaw and drain spinach. Drain water chestnuts. Mix together all ingredients and put in refrigerator until served.Serve with crackers or vegetables.
