  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • onion, chopped - 1/2 c
  • parsley, chopped - 1/2 c

How to make spinach dip:

Combine ingredients and mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Chill at least 2 hours before serving. Swirl in blender for smoother dip, if desired. Serve with raw vegetables or wheat crackers.
