  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • dried parsley - 1 Tbsp
  • dill seed - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped green onion tops - 1/2 c
  • Beau Monde seasoning - 1 tsp
  • box frozen chopped spinach, cooked, drained and squeezed dry - 1 item

How to make spinach dip:

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Chill 3 or 4 hours. Serve.
