  • 16 oz - 1 pt
  • small can water chestnuts, chopped - 1 item
  • Lipton vegetable soup mix - 1 pkg
  • box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained - 1 item

How to make spinach dip:

Mix soup mix, sour cream and mayonnaise. Add drained chopped spinach and water chestnuts; blend well. Chill for several hours or overnight. Delicious with crackers, cubes of French bread or crudites.
