  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped parsley - 1/2 c
  • seasoned salt - 1 tsp
  • green onion - 1/2 c
  • dill weed - 1/2 tsp
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry - 1 pkg

How to make spinach dip:

Mix and marinate 24 hours. Serve with crackers or wafers.
