Spinach dip
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- medium onion, minced - 1 item
- can water chestnuts, drained and sliced - 1 item
- box Knorr vegetable dry soup mix - 1 item
- frozen spinach, thaw completely and squeeze excess water with hands - 1 pkg
How to make spinach dip:
The night before, mix sour cream, mayonnaise and dry soup mix. Refrigerate overnight.The next day, mix remaining ingredients with first mixture. Take 1 egg bread (round), cut center out and fill with dip.
