Ingredients/Components
- frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained - 1 pkg
- sour cream - 1 (8
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- small can water chestnuts, chopped finely - 1 item
- or 2 small green onions, chopped - 1 item
How to make spinach dip:
Mix all together, adding small amount of salt and 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper. Top with fresh parsley. Use with loaf of pumpernickel bread. Tear out center and fill with dip. Use bread pieces to dip.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Dips.
