  • eggs - 3 item
  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 1 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • chopped fresh spinach - 4 c
  • Monterey Jack cheese, grated - 1 lb
  • butter 1/2 c - 4 oz

How to make spinach cheese squares:

Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan. In bowl, beat eggs; add flour, milk, salt and baking powder. Stir with whip. Add cheese and spinach, mixing well. Spread in pan and bake at 350° until firm when pan is shaken. Cool 30 minutes before serving. Cut into 40 squares. Can be frozen for future use!
