Ingredients/Components
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- frozen spinach - 2 pkg
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- shredded cheese - 1 c
- cream of mushroom soup - 1 c
- small onions, chopped - 2 item
How to make spinach casserole:
Cook spinach according to package directions. Omit salt. Drain and add other ingredients, reserving a small amount of cheese to sprinkle on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
