Spinach casserole
Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- crescent rolls - 2 pkg
- frozen spinach - 2 pkg
- Monterey Jack cheese, cubed - 1 lb
- bulk Italian sausage, browned and drained - 1 lb
How to make spinach casserole:
For a thick crust, spread rolls in casserole dish (I prefer a thin crust). Blend spinach, eggs and 1/2 of cheese and sausage. Spread over crust; add the other half of cheese to top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
