  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • chopped onion - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • frozen chopped spinach, cooked with butter and drained - 3 pkg

How to make spinach casserole:

Combine all ingredients. Cover with bread crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes.
