  • white sugar - 1/2 c
  • egg yolk - 1 item
  • dry mustard - 1/2 c
  • white vinegar - 1/2 c
  • herb stuffing mix, crushed - 2 c
  • Parmesan, packed firmly - 1 c
  • small green onions, finely chopped - 4 item

How to make spinach balls with mustard sauce:

Combine dry mustard and white vinegar. Let set for 4 hours at room temperature. Then mix sugar and egg yolk. Cook and simmer over low heat.
