Spinach balls with mustard sauce

- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- white sugar - 1/2 c
- egg yolk - 1 item
- dry mustard - 1/2 c
- white vinegar - 1/2 c
- herb stuffing mix, crushed - 2 c
- Parmesan, packed firmly - 1 c
- small green onions, finely chopped - 4 item
How to make spinach balls with mustard sauce:
Combine dry mustard and white vinegar. Let set for 4 hours at room temperature. Then mix sugar and egg yolk. Cook and simmer over low heat.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Spinach, Greens.
