Spinach balls
Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 6 item
- garlic salt - 1/2 Tbsp
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- black pepper - 1/2 Tbsp
- thyme - 1/2 tsp
- medium onions, chopped fine - 2 item
- melted oleo - 3/4 c
- frozen chopped spinach - 2 pkg
- Tabasco to taste - 1 item
- herbed bread stuffing mix - 2 c
How to make spinach balls:
Cook spinach and drain well. Mix all ingredients together. Chill. Shape into bite size balls. Bake 10 minutes at 350°. (Can be shaped and frozen ahead of time to be baked just before serving.) Makes 150 to 175 balls.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Cheese.
