Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 6 item
- butter, melted - 3/4 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix - 3 c
- spinach, cooked and drained well - 2 pkg
How to make spinach balls:
Mix all ingredients well. Roll into walnut sized balls. Freeze on cookie sheets. After frozen, store in freezer bags. Bake frozen 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Cheese.
