Ingredients/Components
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- thyme - 1/2 tsp
- 1/2 sticks butter, melted - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing - 2 c
- frozen chopped spinach - 2 pkg
- eggs small - 6 item
How to make spinach balls:
Thaw and drain chopped spinach. Blot with paper towels until most of moisture is out of spinach. Beat eggs with mixer. Stir in remaining ingredients. Shape into large or small balls.
