Spinach balls
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 6 item
- butter, melted - 3/4 c
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- thyme - 1/2 tsp
- medium onions, chopped fine - 2 item
- frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained - 2 pkg
- herb bread stuffing - 2 c
How to make spinach balls:
Combine all ingredients. Shape into balls about the size of walnuts. Refrigerate for 2 hours or more. Bake 20 minutes at 350°. They may be frozen before baking. Makes 7 dozen.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Cheese.
