Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- eggs, beaten - 6 item
- soft butter - 3/4 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- packaged stuffing mix - 2 c
How to make spinach balls:
Combine all ingredients. Roll into bite-size balls. (Can be wrapped and frozen at this stage.)Before serving, roll in fine bread crumbs. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350°. Makes 75.
