Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 3/4 c
- eggs - 6 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix - 2 c
- chopped spinach - 2 pkg
- garlic optional - 1 item
How to make spinach balls:
Drain spinach (squeeze dry) and combine with other ingredients. Put bowl in freezer until hard enough to roll. Roll out into 1-inch balls and put on cookie sheet in freezer. After frozen, they can be stored in bags. Cook at 350° for approximately 20 minutes (until golden brown).Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Cheese.
