Ingredients/Components

  • sugar
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • vinegar - 1/4 c
  • poppy seed - 1 Tbsp
  • paprika - 1/4 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 Tbsp
  • fresh strawberries - 1 pt
  • green onions - 4 item
  • bunch spinach - 1 item

How to make spinach and strawberry salad:

Dressing:1/2 c. sugar1/4 c. vinegar1 Tbsp. poppy seed1/4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce1/4 tsp. paprika1/4 tsp. salt Clean spinach thoroughly. Tear leaves into small pieces. Slice strawberries. Cut onions in small pieces. Place all in bowl.

Mix dressing ingredients in jar. Shake well. Pour dressing over spinach, etc. just before serving.
