Ingredients/Components

  • shredded Monterey Jack cheese - 4 oz
  • jar marinated artichoke hearts, cut in pieces you may use more if you want and pour some of the marinade in - 1/2 item

How to make spinach and artichoke dip:

Blend all the ingredients together in a glass baking dish. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes, covered. Serve hot with tortilla chips, salsa and sour cream.
