Spinach and artichoke casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1 Tbsp
- seasoned bread crumbs - 1 Tbsp
- jar artichoke hearts, drained and chopped - 1 1/2
How to make spinach and artichoke casserole:
Cook spinach according to package directions, drain well. Set aside. Combine butter and cream cheese in a saucepan, cook over low heat, stirring constantly until butter is melted and cream cheese is softened. Combine spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese mixture, pepper and lemon juice; stir well. Spoon into a lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs.
