Spicy turkey chili
Ingredients/Components
- ground turkey - 7 oz
- drained canned tomatoes - 1 c
- water - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- cinnamon - 1/8 tsp
- crushed red pepper - 1/3 tsp
- bay leaf - 1 item
- onions - 1/2 c
- tomato sauce - 1/2 c
- chili powder - 2 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- allspice - 1/8 tsp
- vinegar - 1 tsp
How to make spicy turkey chili:
Fry turkey burger and onions until brown. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Reduce heat, simmer, stirring occasionally until thick, 25 to 30 minutes. Remove bay leaf before serving.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Main dish, Chili.
