  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • shredded coconut - 1 c
  • margarine - 1 c
  • cloves - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
  • undiluted evaporated milk
  • cooked sweet potatoes - 4 c

How to make spicy sweet potato casserole:

Combine margarine, sugar, eggs, spices, milk and 3/4 cup coconut with sweet potatoes; mix well. Pour into greased baking dish. Sprinkle remaining coconut on top. Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes. Serves 10. Variation: Omit coconut and add r
