Spicy roasted potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- dry mustard
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- Dijon mustard
- large potatoes - 2 item
- olive oil - 1 tsp
- red pepper - 1/8 tsp
- dried tarragon - 1 tsp
How to make spicy roasted potatoes:
In a medium bowl, mix mustards, oil, garlic, tarragon, paprika and red pepper into a smooth paste. Cut unpeeled potatoes into 1-inch chunks. Pat dry with paper towel and toss with mustard mixture until coated.Arrange potatoes in single layer on lightly greased baking pan. Bake at 425° for 30 to 35 minutes or until chunks are tender.
