Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • ground red pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • chili powder - 1/2 tsp
  • curry powder - 1/2 tsp
  • black pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • canola oil - 1/2 c
  • dried mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • medium size potatoes, dice into 1-inch cubes leaving skins on - 8 item

How to make spicy potatoes:

Add oil and spices to a hot frying pan. Blend together. Add potatoes to hot oil and spices. Cook until tender. All spices will cling to each potato cube. Enjoy!
