Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- water - 1 Tbsp
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- allspice - 1/4 tsp
- egg white - 1 item
- walnut pieces
- mace - 1/4 tsp
- cloves ground - 1/4 tsp
- pinch of cream of tartar - 1 item
- dash of fresh ground pepper - 1 item
How to make spicy nuts:
In a mixing bowl, beat egg white and cream of tartar until it forms stiff peaks. Beat in 1 tablespoon water and 1/2 cup sugar. Then add in cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, ground cloves, mace, salt and pepper. Mix it all up, folding in the walnuts. Spread oRecipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Fruit.
