Ingredients/Components

  • 3 cans Shoe Peg corn, drained - 36 oz
  • cream cheese room temperature - 8 oz
  • butter room temperature - 1/2 c
  • picante sauce - 1/2 c
  • bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • butter, melted - 2 Tbsp

How to make spicy corn:

Combine first 4 ingredients and pour into greased baking dish. Top with bread crumbs and 2 tablespoons butter. Bake 30 minutes at 350°. Serves 6 to 8.

Kathy Farache omits picante sauce and adds 1 teaspoon onion salt.
