Ingredients/Components
- 3 cans Shoe Peg corn, drained - 36 oz
- cream cheese room temperature - 8 oz
- butter room temperature - 1/2 c
- picante sauce - 1/2 c
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
How to make spicy corn:
Combine first 4 ingredients and pour into greased baking dish. Top with bread crumbs and 2 tablespoons butter. Bake 30 minutes at 350°. Serves 6 to 8.Kathy Farache omits picante sauce and adds 1 teaspoon onion salt.
