Spicy chili
Ingredients/Components
- packed brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- paprika - 1 tsp
- chili powder - 5 Tbsp
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- lean ground beef
- Tabasco sauce - 2 tsp
- garlic cloves, minced - 4 item
- can tomatoes - 1 1/2
- medium onions, diced - 2 item
- cans dark red kidney beans - 2 oz
- oregano leaves - 2 tsp
- medium green peppers, diced - 2 item
How to make spicy chili:
Cook ground beef, onions, garlic and green peppers until beef is browned. Add chili powder; cook 1 minute longer. Stir in tomatoes with their liquid, tomato paste, brown sugar, oregano, paprika and Tabasco sauce. Heat to boiling; stir to break up tomatoes. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 45 minutes.
